Description & ecology

Promoted to primary-measured 2026-08-23: LaCoste et al. (1999, International Journal of Phytoremediation 1:327–338) report Iberis intermedia accumulating 0.4% Tl (4,000 µg g⁻¹) in above-ground dry tissue from St Laurent le Minier, southern France. The previous attribution to Leblanc et al. 1999 was incorrect; that paper is about Iberis intermedia but the existing source key was missing.

A second French thallium accumulator, trialled alongside Biscutella for recovering thallium from mineralised soils.
